We’ve been busy. Very busy. We start our day at six in the morning and go home at around ten in the evening. It’s crazy. It’s tiring. But let us think of the future. The first step is always the hardest. It will get better. I know it wil.
Keep these concepts in mind.
You’ve failed many times although you don’t remember.
You fell down the first time you tried to walk.
You almost drowned the first time you tried to swim.
Don’t worry about failure, worry about the chances you miss when you don’t even try.
People like to complain. People whine. We, at least, are doing something about it.
Avoidance of what you fear to do never helps to overcome it. Avoidance only creates more fear.
Get moving and seize the day!

well, i’m feeling that now while we are on the process of opening our coffee shop. the thought alone of the things that needs to be done is overwhelming!
whatever you’re going through, stay strong, and keep the faith!
Ah well, we all have those days.
Anong cat phase yan? 6? 5?
Hang in there. This too shall pass!
Posted by toni at June 26, 2008, 4:48 pmSheng: I guess it’s because we are doing something totally out of our comfort zone, which makes it doubly hard. We will do this!
Odette: Wow! Where is your coffee shop located? Maybe we can drop by. One cappuccino and one latte please!
Toni: Thanks! On the outside, it’s phase 1, but it’s really phase 6!
Posted by thehusbandspeaks at June 26, 2008, 5:37 pmI have always tried to live up to that quote. Smile everytime I watche the ending to the move, “Hook”, in fact.
I love how you used my photo. Looks great and fits the theme of your blog well.

Kayo ba yung nasa pic?
I love the philosophy of Michael Jordan: “You miss 100% of the shots you didn’t take.” So better take the shot and miss than not take the shot at all!
Posted by kg at June 27, 2008, 7:59 amit’s a good trait that whenever you feel down or exhausted with life, you find ways (or quotes) to encourage yourself, just like the ones you got here. very helpful indeed!
Posted by ka2x at June 27, 2008, 1:28 pmkg: Nope. Look closely, the guy is taller than the woman, definitely not us! ![]()
I agree. Just do it!
ka2x: I’ve always tried to keep my cool in the outside. And when things bring me down, I find ways to lift me up, get me going.
“…blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have
made the Lord their hope and confidence.”
steve jobs was once fired by a board of directors of a company he established! and you probably knew that already.
good luck, bro.
offt: you’ve changed a lot. i admire you for that. goodluck.

The first time is always the hardest… but we will move on, we will. Things may be hard but if you keep holding on, it will come easy sooner or later.
