Two things concern me right now, health and money, so you’ll be seeing a lot of those in the coming posts. Anyway, I’ve put on a few pounds. Ok, a lot! So much so you’ll prescribed me to take diet pills. Really! People are gawking and pointing! For that reason, and in keeping with my newly found fascination with health, I recently bought a copy of Men’s Health. And it comes with a free Top Gear mag too! Well, the magazine has a lot of stuff, health stuff really, from cars and gadgets to soups that help burn fat. Yes! Soups! Can you believe that?! Soups!
I also found some relatively easy exercises so I can somehow tone those, uhm, muscles, or lack thereof.
I just hope I can maintain it, coz I really need to flatten my big tummy and get that six pack the guy on the cover has. I sure look a lot like him, sans the six pack, so why not eh?! The program is for three to four times a week, with different exercise variations, and in one month, I should see results.
