I’ve been feeling kinda sick since Sunday morning. I had a light tummy ache and a nasty headache. I felt a little better yesterday, so off to work. That night, my wife treated me to some terrific cheesecake she made from her dessert recipes, specifically, an oreo cheesecake. Being a cheesecake fanatic, I, of course, liked it. Although a good old baked cheesecake (pure and simple) still tops my list, an oreo cheesecake is something I very much welcome! As I’m still feeling sick today (*wink*), I think I deserve another one! One more slice please!
