Most married couples have that photo album of the big day. We, on the other hand, don’t have one, yet. When we got back from the honeymoon, we visited our photographers (Ritchie and Len) to get the raw digital photos. For them to make the album, we have to pick around 300 photos that we like. Seems easy enough. Or so I thought. The wedding photo proofs were in four DVDs. That’s a lot of pictures! I wonder if they got me picking my nose or scratching my butt? In my wedding suit no less!
When we got home and started to skim through the over 3000 photos, well, we kinda got tired, and procrastination got the better of us. That’s more than six months ago.
We don’t normally print photos, as do most of our friends. Nowadays, all photos are stashed somewhere on a PC. One time, when we were having dinner (and playing Rockband) at JC and Dan-Dan’s house, we noticed a digital photo frame at one of the corner tables. Like most of us, they also don’t have most of their photos printed. But their wedding album is currently in the making, and they’ve been married for two years now, so I figured we still have a lot of time.
At any rate, a great alternative is this digital photo frame. I’ve seen one at shop sale months ago but quickly returned it the moment I saw the price tag.
Just now, while I was browsing through my current favorite online shop, I saw this digital photo frame at their weekly deals. At half the price and free shipping, I could have it delivered to my friend in LA who will come home for the holidays. It’s so much better, and cheaper too, than the one I saw locally and at a bigger 8-inch widescreen display. It also enables thumbnail view and supports landscape and portrait displays.
And that makes choosing just a few so much harder! It’s always fun seeing the photos and remembering how great it was!

It’s so wonderful to take photos from the wedding, watch them and recollect this incomparable day. It’s really difficult to say which ones are the best, they are all magnificent.
