One thing I’m actually good at is researching. With the Internet at my fingertips, researching is actually easy. I’ve been a member of the interwebs, online forums, and other social networks for as long as I could remember. I’m not actually “active” in these sites, it’s more for research purposes. You see, most networks don’t give you access to forums when you’re not a member, and forums help a great deal because of all the things that the members contribute, so I learn a lot. So when my wife asked for suppliers of cupcake toppers, other baking needs, fondant, etc., I take a few minutes and do my thing. Here are the results of those researches. Just a warning though, I’ve heard that wives and bakers surely go gaga over the goodies that these stores have (better get those payday loans if I were you). And since it will be our first time to go some of these places, we plan to commute. It will be so much better than finding a parking spot and possibly going on a one way street, thus ending up giving away my wife’s shopping money to buwayas. And if you know some more, please leave a comment. Thanks!

Posted by marj at February 9, 2009, 10:16 amElka: Kitanlad Street is near Espana Rotonda. It’s right across Burger King. Malabo ba? hehe
If your going from the UST area, Kitanlad Street will be on your right and Burger King will be on your left after passing through Rotonda.
Good luck!
Lai: Sorry. I have no idea. Better contact the stores and aks them.
Marj: My wife’s a novice home baker, and she just buys whatever the recipe calls for. No need to buy everything. Get the ones you’ll need right away, and then add stuff little by little.

Posted by thehusbandspeaks at February 26, 2010, 9:41 amChocolate Lovers has poor service..and even has a sign that reads “No Children Allowed” or something to that effect..I like to buy my ingredients with my kids so they could also enjoy the happiness I feel when Im shopping for chocoloates or candies. Its just sad that they see kids as nuisance rather than a come on for all loving moms.
Posted by sayuri at March 23, 2010, 9:29 pmSweetcraft–kinda expensive but they make their own cupcake and cake toppers
Bakers Depot-minimal stock
Gourdo’s-I love this place at Trinoma ! So many Wilton stuffs and baking charms! the downside? Too dear….*sad*
Divisoria still best for ingredients and Killion Market at Quiapo for baking pans and equiptment..:P
