Last weekend, we had breakfast in one of our favorite coffee shops in town: CBTL in ATC. One of the reasons why we love this is because it isn’t as crowded as most coffee shops. At around 9:30 AM, there were only two other tables occupied. My wife had their Eggs Ben, and I ordered their bagel with cream cheese. It was just perfect.
And this coming weekend, we plan to have breakfast at my in laws and make eggs ben! What makes eggs ben really yummy is the hollandaise sauce smothered on top. And good thing my wife’s cousin, who currently stays at my in laws, knows how to make some. All we need now are Canadian hams and English muffins! Thank goodness these items, along with weight loss products, are now regularly available at groceries.
I’m also craving for pancakes. I wonder if we could also make some.
This is going to be a delicious weekend!

That eggs ben is something to look forward to, when i get to visit Manila.
