How time flies! It’s the -ber months already. And you know how Pinoys are when the -ber months come in, it’s Christmas! This early on, we’re hearing Christmas carols being played at the malls. And you can’t help but smile, and shop more too!
Have you thought of what to give your parents this year? That’s always been a problem for us. We’re undecided if that HDTV that my mom’s been eyeing for the longest time, or maybe a his-and-hers watch pair would suffice. We went with the latter last year, and they bought that TV earlier this year.
But no worries! We found the best solution. From now on, we’ll be giving them hard cold cash for Christmas. While sounding very impersonal, it actually is the best gift. I myself would rather get cash than another perfume, lotion, coffee mug, or picture frame!
