Happy New Year everyone!
It has been a very busy Christmas and New Year for us. And in almost all of the holiday parties that we went to, aside from the tons of food that we had (good thing we have Solo Slim available), we enjoyed playing Pinoy Henyo too. In case you don’t know, Pinoy Henyo is a guessing game popularized by the noon-time show Eat Bulaga here in the Philippines where participants are grouped into pairs. And then each pair has a word that one member has to guess by asking a series of questions answerable by yes (oo) or no (hindi). Who wouldn’t want to play the game anyway? It’s a lot of fun. People of all ages were playing. But the most unforgettable game to date was that between my wife’s six-year old cousins.
Cousin1: Tao?
Cousin2: Hindi.
Cousin1: Bagay?
Cousin2: Oo.
Cousin1: Pinapangarap ko ba ito?
Cousin2: Oo.
Cousin1: Computer?
Cousin2: Hindi.
Cousin1: Laptop?
Cousin2: Hindi.
Cousin1: Refrigerator?
Cousin2: Hindi.
Cousin1: Aircon?
Cousin2: Hindi!
hay naku! kaka addict talaga yang pinoy henyo na yan! and it’s so funny watching people play it!
